The Arc Max Elite brings industrial-grade FlashCut CNC control to a table sized for the working shop. Every Elite ships with the integrated FlashCut CAD/CAM/CNC environment, NEMA 34 940 oz stepper motors, HIWIN linear rails, and Hypertherm Smart 360 hole cutting — the production features air-plasma buyers typically have to upgrade into.

It’s the right table when you’re cutting up to 2″ mild steel on air plasma and you want the FlashCut software stack and an industrial frame in one package. Four sizes cover everything from a compact 5×5 footprint to a full 6×12 production envelope.

Step 1 — Choose Your Cutting Size

• 5×5 — 62″ × 64″ cutting envelope. Footprint 70″ × 68″ at the base. Water capacity 120 gal. The smallest production option — fits in tighter shop floors.
• 4×8 — 50″ × 97″ cutting envelope. Footprint 58″ × 109″ at the base. Water capacity 250 gal.
• 5×10 — 62″ × 124″ cutting envelope. Footprint 70″ × 133″ at the base. Water capacity 300 gal.
• 6×12 — 73″ × 149″ cutting envelope. Footprint 82″ × 157″ at the base. Water capacity 420 gal.
