The Arc Max Unlimited is built for shops that need to cut a wide range of material on one table — thin gauge through 3″ plate, plasma or oxy-fuel, single-torch or dual-torch. The reinforced welded steel frame and 4.5″ deep water table are engineered around the heaviest air plasma and oxy-fuel processes on the market, so you get the cutting envelope and capacity to handle production work without compromising on accuracy.

Every Arc Max Unlimited ships with the FlashCut CNC industrial controller, an aircraft-grade aluminum gantry, Hiwin linear rails, and integrated torch height control. Configure size, plasma source, and accessories around how your shop actually runs.

Step 1 — Choose Your Cutting Size

• 4×8 — 50″ × 97″ cutting envelope. Footprint 109″ × 58″ at the base. Water capacity 250 gal.
• 5×10 — 62″ × 124″ cutting envelope. Footprint 133″ × 70″ at the base. Water capacity 300 gal.
• 6×12 — 73″ × 149″ cutting envelope. Footprint 157″ × 82″ at the base. Water capacity 420 gal.
