Step 1 — Choose Your Cutting Size

• 5×10 — 62″ × 124″ cutting envelope. Fits a standard 5×10 plate. Footprint: 88″L × 143″W × 60″H. Weight capacity 6,235 lb.
• 6×12 — 73″ × 149″ cutting envelope. Adds full-plate clearance for oversized stock. Footprint: 100.5″L × 167″W × 60″H. Weight capacity 8,978 lb.

Step 2 — Choose Your Plasma Power Source

• Hypertherm XPR 170 — 170-amp X-Definition HD plasma. Ideal for shops cutting up to 1-1/4″ mild steel production / 2″ max pierce.
• Hypertherm XPR 300 — 300-amp X-Definition HD plasma. The top of the XPR line — heavy plate, faster cycle times, higher throughput.

Step 3 — Choose Your Gas Console

• Core Console — Manual gas selection. Lowest cost path into HD plasma.
• Core Plus Console (standard) — Automated gas selection for mild steel, stainless, and aluminum.
• VWI Console (Vented Water Injection) — Cleaner cuts on stainless and aluminum; extends consumable life.
• OptiMix Console — Automatic gas blending. The widest material range and best edge quality on non-ferrous.
