Can I order a custom size large format laser?
Yes, within the LF platform. Cutting width comes in 10', 13', 16' or 20'. Cutting length is 20' or 40', and the 40' beds extend in 20' sections to 100'+. Pick the width and length that fit the plate you buy and the parts you cut.
What else can be customized on the LF?
LASER power from 12 to 60 kW, the 3D bevel cutting head, nitrogen generation from 3,000 to 8,000 SCFH, air assist up to 12,000 SCFH, aluminum-rated or HEPA dust collection, extra CypNest nesting seats, extended warranty and the Preventive Maintenance Program.
What size and power do we need?
Size the bed to the largest plate you buy and the longest part you cut. Size the power to the plate you run every shift, not the occasional one-off. Where two power levels list the same maximum thickness, the higher kW cuts that plate faster.
